Starting college this September? We can鈥檛 wait to see you for enrolment and Freshers Week soon. But to help you prepare in the meantime, here鈥檚 what you need to know about college life and what makes it different to school.

Education is a lifelong journey. It鈥檚 never too late to learn a new skill, pursue a passion, follow a dream, or explore a completely different avenue for your career, and Access to HE Diploma courses are your pathway to a degree.

Here at Coleg Gwent, we know that our college is made up of lots of different people, and work hard to create safe environments which suit the needs of our Autistic learners and staff.

Learners from Sport and Public Services at Blaenau Gwent Learning Zone have recently embarked on a Global Citizenship Programme to Nepal. They鈥檒l be working with the FutureSense Foundation and its local teams to support rural, disadvantaged communities.

Music, Maestro! Meet the BGLZ Rock School! The Rock School is a music programme aimed to push the music students鈥� song writing along with getting them out into the wider community. It works alongside their main music course, developing on their composition and live performance units.
