Accreditation service for employers and small organisations
You can offer accredited courses without the costs of becoming a registered centre
Accredited courses can be appealing to learners, employees and volunteers as they are often recognised by employers, colleges and universities, but if you’re put off by the paperwork or cost of the accreditation process, you can register your learners through Coleg Gwent at very competitive prices.
The extensive range of units and qualifications we offer via Agored Cymru means you can choose courses to suit your learners.
Quality you can trust
Over the last 5 years we have worked with many small and medium organisations in Wales and England, so they can offer their employees, volunteers and learners qualifications to suit their requirements.
We have an excellent track record, evident in our recent Estyn inspection when we were awarded ‘good’ for quality.
Here are a few of the organisations we’re already working with:
- Pen y Cwm School
- Torfaen Inspire
- ELI Training
- Newport Flying Start (part of Newport Community Learning)
- Aneurin Leisure Multiply
- Blaenau Gwent Multiply
- Newport Multiply
- Torfaen and Monmouth Multiply
What else can we offer?
- Professional staff development opportunities
- Qualified observers and/or observation training
- Qualified internal quality assurance staff and/or training

We’re happy to come and meet you to find out what your needs are, and explain our quality assurance expectations and service costs. We’ll make sure you get all the support and guidance you need, every step of the way.
Working in partnership with Coleg Gwent has allowed us to deliver vocational qualifications in our communities that we know our participants and local employers want. We have built strong and effective working relationships with the community education team to help us achieve our goal of upskilling learners and supporting them into sustainable employment. The support we receive is second to none. They are always on hand to answer any queries we may have, from registering units to moderation and ensuring we register the learners in time. They have even hand delivered our certificates!”
