These qualifications are for managers and those with significant responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context.
They are also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a freelance coach or mentor.
Course content
Learners can expect to cover a range of theories, policies and procedures designed to give an introduction into coaching and mentoring. Units include:
• Understanding the Skills, Principles and Practice of Effective Coaching and Mentoring within an Organisational Context.
• Understanding the Skills, Principles and Practice of Effective Coaching and Mentoring within an Organisational Context.
• Reviewing Own Ability as a Coach or Mentor within an Organisational Context.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
Additional information
This qualification is delivered on an employer’s site for a group of their employees, not on campus for individuals to attend. Delivery dates are agreed in advance with the employer.
The three units are delivered over seven days. A formal quote can be issued once we understand your training need but as a guide, we charge £6,000 (including all training, feedback and marking) plus additional awarding body fees (circa £169 per learner).
